I found this lineart on the color-me-club and it spoke to me. Well that and I wanted to try out a slightly new style of coloring. Believe it or not, this only took me like 3.5 hours tops, using vector shapes.

Additionally, it's not April but I thought of April with this picture. Since it's reall happy and has the rain theme. I thought of a brisk shower in the daylight. ;D

^^ Yep. Vector shapes make it EASY to cell shade. I might do a tutorial for it.
